Shipping policy

When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, same day until 12PM EST. All of our products (minus apparel/clothing items) is shipped directly from us in our warehouse in FL. We offer multiple shipping methods that have delivery times from 2-10 days delivery. Our primarily shipping carriers are USPS and FedEx.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE

What happens if my package is lost in transit?
If your package is lost in transit or isn't delivered within 7 days of the estimated delivery date we will refund you or resend your package at no cost to you.
